Passenger Policy

This policy explains what is expected from passengers using Catch A Lift. It helps keep the platform respectful, safe and fair for everyone.

Important Notice:
Catch A Lift is not a taxi service. We connect passengers with drivers travelling in the same direction. Drivers are not employees of Catch A Lift and we do not operate vehicles or set transport prices.

  • Discrimination of any kind.
  • Damage to a driver's vehicle or property.
  • Travelling with illegal substances.

7. Account Suspension

Catch A Lift may suspend or remove a passenger account where there is misconduct, fraud, repeated complaints, unsafe behaviour, false information, or breach of this policy.
