Driver Policy
This policy explains what is expected from drivers using Catch A Lift. It helps keep shared journeys safe, respectful and fair for passengers and drivers.
Catch A Lift is not a taxi service. Drivers are independent users sharing available seats while travelling in their own direction. Catch A Lift does not employ drivers, operate vehicles, or set transport prices.

8. Safety
- Meet passengers in safe and public pickup areas where possible.
- Do not continue with a trip if you feel unsafe.
- Report inappropriate passenger behaviour to Catch A Lift support.
- Always prioritise safe driving over speed or convenience.
9. Account Suspension
Catch A Lift may suspend or remove a driver account where there is misconduct, fraud, unsafe driving, repeated complaints, false information, breach of this policy or behaviour that puts passengers or the platform at risk.
